TERMS OF SERVICEBy ordering a commission you agree with these Terms of Service.[ GENERAL ]
・You are only buying the digital version, for personal use. Commercial Use will increase prices up to 200%.・Payment goes up front via PayPal only on USD currency.・Once the commission is paid and started there will be no refunds.・The owner of the illustration (the commissioner) has permission to re-post the image anywhere, without having to ask me. Always giving the proper credit to me as the artist if someone ask about it, you MUST NOT credit yourself as the artwork creator.・Unless you ask for the commission be private, by ordering a commission you agree that I can upload the artwork to my social media (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook).•An extra percentage will be charged if you ask to make it private.・I can refuse to accept any commission. It that it does not comply with my rules or any other reason.•Customs have an extra charge, it depends on the details they have.[ ABOUT THE ARTWORK ]・I give 3 WIPs on full color versions: Rough Sketch (you can change practically anything on this one), Lineart (Small changes) and Base Color (Color corrections, small details missed). You can ask up for 2 major modifications per time.
Once the work is finished and you have forgotten some detail, each correction has an extra charge.・Simple background (Artistic freedom) is included in the price of every picture.・If you want a complex or specific backgrounds, an extra cost will be added depending on the complexity of it.[ REFUNDS AND TURNAROUND TIME ]・I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started the order. There’s no other way to get a full refund, please consider this if you want to commission me.• I send sketches 1-3 days after you give me your commission details.• Depending on the details that your commission has, my estimated delivery time is from 5 days to 3 weeks starting from the approval of the sketch.・If for some reason you do a chargeback on PayPal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers (this include custom characters and adopts).
